Cashmere Mountain from the west from "Mohair Mountain" (Pt. 8279). The trail climbs up the foreground slope then ends. A cairned climber's path then contours the north slope for a couple hundred yards then begins climbing up to a notch before the North Ridge is reached. Oct. 3, 2004.
