Castle Dome on the Approach

The obligatory shot of the summit on the approach from the Crags Trail. Click to enlarge and the "stairs" can be clearly seen running up from right to left at the top of the dome and ending almost on the summit. The "slabs" route wanders up to the right of the stairs.

Hey Islander!

I was about to submit my pictures of Castle Dome, when I saw yours. When did you do the hike? We were there on May 8th, 2007.

Did you go to the top? Which route?
