Château de Menthon
Château de Menthon
Le Château de Menthon has a nice position in the SW part of Chaîne des Aravis, just above the lake of Annecy. Here Bernard of Menthon (St. Bernard), the patron saint of skiers, was born in the 11th century (Source: Wikipedia).Behind are the rocks of Dents de Lanfon, 1824 m. The castle is May 2nd, 2013.
