Cool cherry cream and sweet apple tart ?
Aaaaaaa ... No!
Seriously, this was taken in Utah's Stansbury Mountains, at the top of
North Willow Canyon west of Grantsville. These Douglas firs are often stunted by the wind, and can be found growing above 7,000 feet.
In 2007, a lightning-caused wildfire wiped out many of these trees in the
northern Stansbury Range.
A trail connects with a spur trail leading to North and South Willow Lakes,
both found beneath cirques in the Stansbury Mountains.
