If you are driving beyond Clarno from Shaniko, in about 2 or 3 miles to the left you will observe these hoodoos. You can climb into the area only after signing your name on a registry a few miles beyond this point that is on a gate. this parcel of land is owned by the Warm Springs Indian Tribe.
