We stumbled onto these cliffs on our way up to Table Rock. We took a wrong turn and missed the main trail to the summit - nice reward for a simple mistake! Table Rock Linville Gorge Wilderness June 11, 2010

I wish I could tell you exactly how we found them, but I can't. I know that the trail dead ended at the cliffs and we took a very narrow spur trail to the summit ridge from here. I know we bypassed a number of spur trails that probably went to the summit. Hope that helps!
