this is the face you see from the rifugio right at the base (south f.??)? the line perhaps is Cassin (VII-). great capture.

I think you are right. If you look VERY closely you can see the two dudes on this shot to the far right on the south face. Unfortunately I don't have the pic with me in original size otherwise I would upload it. Have too look up in the guidebook anyway ...
