It's UIAA IV+, which is about 5.5. The Ottoz is one of the great moderate routes in the Mont Blanc group.

Looks longer and more involved but no more difficult than say
Bedtime for Bonzo at the Red River Gorge.

Bonzo Goes to Mont Blanc

I've never been in Kentucky, but a quick search reveals that Bedtime for Bonzo is 5.6. I guess the comparison is spot on, given that the ratings of the Mont Blanc classics are strictly old-school.
