This decoy owl near the summit of Mount Pisgah (elev. 8,999 ft.) marks the lookout point at the Goshute Raptor Migration Area project site. The decoy’s purpose is to lure passing hawks and eagles in closer. Goshute Peak (elev. 9,609 ft.) is in the background. Photo taken 10/26/08.
