Common Kidneyvetch
Common Kidneyvetch (Anthyllis vulneraria) is abundant on the dry slopes of many mountains of the Low Beskid. It blooms in June and its flowers have medicinal properties. They help in healing wounds and reducing swelling caused by sprains.
I took this picture on the meadow below Mount Zamczysko at the elevation of 550 meters. June 2007.
