Dirk, do you think you can do P1 of Bombs Over Tokyo & then rap in for pitch 2 of Cooke? Or is it too far right?
Hey Radek. Check out the photo I posted as a route overlay. Rapping down from the anchor over P1 of BOT places you most of the way down the dihedral of P1 of Cooke Book. I would say just do P1 of BOT, then rap' down & start Cooke Book. Alternately, from the anchor above P1 of Cooke Book, you can climb up & R ~40' to a bolted anchor that allows you to rap' down to the anchor above P1 of BOT (leaving a rap' line here would allow you to get back to the top of P1 (involving some easy downclimbing) without reclimbing the whole thing). From here (setting directionals whilst rappeling), you can TR P1 of BOT (just barely with a 60m- climber needs to go up 10' of the climb)
thanks Dirk! appreciate the info.
