Fun day

I participated in the count in 2008. We saw 20 or so sheep on the slopes below Bighorn Ridge from the top of Lookout Mountain.

Yay sheep

I have seen some bighorns about every time I go to the "Bridge to Nowhere." And once, climbing with a partner to the top of Mt. Baldy, we were met by only 2 bighorn sheep at the very summit!

San Gabe Sheep

I've seen 'em high on Waterman ridge about a mile east of 3-points. (1981) Also, lots of sign on Strawberry peak above the big cliff. There is a gully that splits the cliff on the right. Up in there. It's all class 4 and covered with slick pine needles, scary. I'll never go up there again.
