County Road 80

County Road 80

County Road 80 is very slick even at slow speeds. The buried ditches on the side of the road suck you in. Luckily I was driving the wife's car that day. Borrowing a spouses car is recommended.

Sorry Honey!

This is a great shot. Hope you didn't get yelled at too much!!! Surprising that a Subaru w/all wheel drive wasn't able to stay on path for you!

I already burned that bridge

I made the mistake of taking my wife in her vehicle up an "easy" road in Oregon. Now my mistake was having her with me but nevertheless, I can only take my own vehicle now. What happens when your wife sees this pic?

Luckily she thought it was funny. It didn't seem to damage anything.

Re: Well Now.

It was on logging roads while I was chasing the highpoints of Yamhill and Lincoln counties.
One of the roads got pretty nasty. My wife is a good sport though, she even got the Yamhill highpoint by hiking up to it with me.

Fun times

And it was a whole lot harder to pull it out than it looks like it should have been.

Nice!

I just spent a few hours pushing my car out of a similar situation. Oh what fun!

Re: Haha!

It was time consuming, but not too terrible since nothing was damaged.
