I've been a little active on the message board yesterday, and by clicking through some member-id's and photos I landed in America :-)

I'm also thinking about doing an internship in the States next year for my physics study, so I'm also reading around a bit, instead of just photo-browsing (scouting :)

Hey pal.....thanks for the vote. Remember, there is a SummitPost summer gathering the weekend of July 24-25. The plan is to do a class 4 ridge on Kit Carson. Mark your calendar so you can make it. Also, I want to go to either the Tetons or do Jagged Peak, CO the first week of September. You're invited. Our Lizard Head trip has been postponed due to us moving etc.

Anyway, I hope you can make all or one of those trips. You're one of the few people who can stand to be around me more than a day or so. :-).

I'm hoping that next year will finally see me out west. I'm constantly searching for just the right peaks to try to summit when I get out there. This one goes on the list. (Looks like one I wouldn't want to do alone--I'll look for someone to tag along with.)

Wow! Top notch page. Good to see some others using animal shots and not just all landscapes.
