Thanks a lot for the vote. I read in some of your messages somewhere that you plan to do a trip to Iran this year. I'm looking forward to seeing pictures of the tall summits there. Somehow I'm getting tired of the umpteenth Mt Hood photo :-))
I have been enjoying the good pages you have added to SP. Keep them coming.
If everything goes as planned, I will be in Iran in late June. It will be my first visit in 21 years so I do wonder what it will be like. I plan to spend 10 days with a guide in the mountains around the 4822 m Alam Kooh Peak climbing 20 odd 4000m+ peaks. Sounds exhausting but I will do my best to get it done. It will be July before I can add them to SP.
.....my apologies for not voting more on your (as well as those of others folks from outside the US) pages so far. Basically, there are so many mountains and so little time (especially so little VACATION time)....so I've been concentrating more on the US peaks that we're more likely to climb in the near future....
But, I'm planning on changing that "narrow minded" behavior now though :)

Untitled CommentThanks Tim! This weekend here it seems to be dismal weather. Explains why I'm sitting in front of the computer instead of getting outside
