Crouching Cat, Passing Clouds

I was off trail on Big Rock Ridge where most people never go when I saw this little grey animal crouched in the grass a short distance away looking out over the valley. As I got closer I realized it was a cat made of stone that someone had literally planted there. It was firmly stuck in the ground gazing out at the clouds or birds or whatever.

I thought of that too Roberto. If so, it is a beautiful place to lay an old friend to rest. The view you have seen in other pics in the album with Mt. Tam off in the distance.
