Nice hike up Brownlee Creek on a perfect November day. Great views, and couldn't resist adding a second peak on the way back down to the trailhead. Trip Report

Nice quick hike while on my way to the Seattle area. Did this and Big Lookout Mountain in Oregon to break up my drive day. Followed the Brownlee Creek Trail to the top. Nice trail.

Backdoor route
On the way to the 7 Devils area, we got the bright idea of doing this one via the road from the east. Not recommended but we made it to within a mile of the highpoint. The signs we saw were good but the road is a rough son of a gun, suitable for high clearance 4wd vehicles. To think that Ken Jones got his Honda Accord up this road boggles the mind.

Brownlee Creek Trail
This is a nice hike. Somewhat steep, but a good trail.

via Hornet Creek "road"This on was essentially a drive-up in my Jeep - only got to hike the last couple of hundred yards. Beautiful views.
