I think..That Ecuadorian t shirt has been there forever. Did you summited in December 2010?. I was there with Rob and we found the same t shirt on the summit.

Jan 2011 summitYes, it was great! We summited in January 2011, shortly after the New Year. Was an amazing hike. We passed a mountaineering group that laughed at my running shoes, but I'm pretty sure we were the only ones to make it to the top that day :) Such an amazing part of the world!

Re: Jan 2011 summitYes, I do think you guys were the only ones getting to the true summit. Normally when you see large groups they just get to the northern summit, which is the one you passed before getting to the crater rim.
I took the same picture, but it's not as good as your. I din't bring my camera, just my cell.
