Cut Bank boundary trail

Cut Bank boundary trail

If bushwhacking ain't your cup o' tea, a primitive trail can be followed along the eastern boundary of Glacier in the Cut Bank area. From the Cut Bank entrance, a well-worn trail with minimal obstacles (two or three loose hillsides, abundant downfall, and a few very overgrown patches will be encountered) leads all the way to the top of Cut Bank Ridge. The starting point at the Cut Bank entrance is visible in the narrow meadow about 1,000 feet below. Only a few minutes to the beautiful open meadows atop Cut Bank Ridge from this point.
