Das Boot
Rick Kent, all suited up for the very cold water in the Subway's Das Boot entrance. In summer, the water in the Subway is generally tolerable without suits, and the lower sections are warm enough for fun swimming. But the Das Boot section upstream requires full wetsuits or drysuits all year. 05 June 2009.
