Why I love NM!Great panorama - my favorite areas in one pic, though you cannot see the Rio Grande since it's in the gorge!

LOCATION: Milepost 373.7 along US-285, ten miles south of Tres Piedras;
CAMERA: Olympus SP-500 UZ, 6 megapixel, 10x optical, 5x digital;
DESCRIPTION: A mid-afternoon panorama of the Sangre de Cristos of northern New Mexico, taken from a distance of about 35 miles to the west.
This panorama consists of the Latir Peak group (left 1/4), Flag Mountain & Lobo Peak (left 1/3 and center), the Wheeler Peak Wilderness (right 1/4) and Pueblo Peak (far right).
