DATE AND TIME: 070504, 1054; LOCATION: From the top of Greenie Peak (11,249'); CAMERA: Olympus C-740 Ultra Zoom, 10x optical, 3x digital, 3.2 megapixel; DESCRIPTION: Here is a closer view of a photo that I took on 070504 (here, without the brown "Greenie Peak" sign). The actual summit of Wheeler Peak (13,161') is indicated by the purple arrow and Mt. Walter (13,141') is indicated by the red arrow. The green line indicates the ridge that many Wheeler Peak hikers use to avoid the loss of elevation coming down from Frazer Mountain (well out of the picture to the right) to the La Cal Basin, which is generally indicated by the black star. "Point 13,045" is indicated by the orange arrow and the left end of the green line. Old Mike Peak (13,113') is the large peak on the left 1/3 of the photo.
