Nice view,I was planning to visit there next summer. Where was this picture taken from? What's the name of the hiking trail? Thanks, cheers!

Skoki ValleyThe guidebooks list it as Boulder Pass-Skoki Valley. The Fish Creek Parking Lot is close to Lake Louise. 4 km of paved service road takes you, on foot, to a ski lodge that is deserted in the summer. From there it's moderate hike to Boulder Pass, Ptarmigan Lake and knock you flat views. Depending on weather, it's not that far to Deception Pass where we took these photos. This view is from part way up Fossil Mountain looking out past the wall of Jericho on the left, Skoki Lodge in the distance straight ahead. A wonderful hike, not heavily used.
