Kodachrome?

Ah yes, I remember kodachrome quite well. This one resembles velvia. Very nice.

I used both Velvia and Kodachrome back in those days. It was always safer to buy Kodachrome in small towns as opposed to Fuji. Kodachrome was very consistent. Velvia though, if bought out of the fridge in a professional camera store rendered better, more true colors. Kodachrome always tilted toward blue, whereas Velvia erred toward magenta. Notice the bluish sky in this photo-- definitely Kodachrome. Velvia would have been much warmer, the light on the tree much more intense. Both films seem to have kept their color over the years. I have Kodachromes from the mid-70's that are perfect. My Ektachromes on the other hand have faded.
