At Poser's Lounge. I have seen climbers practicing this technique even in the summer. If they would drop they ice tools, it would hit cars on the road. You cannot drive to this section in the winter, but the hike from the Senator Gulch takes only about 10 min.

He does, it is a bolted route, and he was leading it. The belayer is in the half cafe below - blue jacket.
