Dodder Death Grip

This woody stemmed Lilac is in the death grip of parasitic orange Dodder, white Morning Glory vines through both. These are all California Natives, the Morning Glory and Lilac are not widely distributed, these are in San Diego, but Dodder is found throughout much of California.
