If you stay on the ridges during these dog days your tail will wag with delight. We didn't need claws on our paws at all for the south ridge of the Taeschhorn and same for the Dom. Down the road a spell from you the granite spires can be circled and peed on at 4000 meters without getting your sensitive paws wet, I tell ya Dog Days are good if ya can stay off the snowy faces! Ruff!
Some trip reports are more amusing to read than others! You write like a dog. Seriously, I do regret that this white dog tooth isn’t on my list.
Thanks for sharing,
And I have to add: Very good pictures, especially of the Grand Gendarme.
Many thanks, Hans. All the best to you this climbing season.
I had to give up reading. An attempt at humour gone too far. Just try to write well and leave the funny stuff to those that can.
