Drei Zinnen from Misurina

Drei Zinnen from Misurina

Drei Zinnen seen from Lake Misurina. From the left Westliche Zinne, Grosse Zinne partly hidden in clouds, and to the right of that Kleine Zinne, nearly hidden by Grosse Zinne.

Great Wall!

A great wall, indeed! I like the clouds between the peaks, it´s not that bad with some clouds as contrasts, sometimes it makes it more exiciting. Good Work!

Re: Great Wall!

Yes, and here they are seen from the southwest, the vertical and even overhanging north faces are something different again. I agree, there was just the right amount of clouds here.

Re: Twin Beauties

Thank you. Yes Westliche and Grosse Zinne do look quite similar, and the difference in height is only 27m/88.5 ft!

Yes, it didn't last long before the clouds closed in around the Grosse Zinne!
