I climbed this route in July 2006. This year almost all snow was gone from the ascent face and instead of snow we faced more or less pure ice mixed with rock - rather bad conditions. So I think the grade (F) only applies for years with enough snow. In years with less snow it should be PD.
However climbing back on the platform is great fun and you fell like one hell of an alpinist ;0)
