First ice in a year
After a month of sport climbing in Mexico and not touching steep ice for more than a year, this made for a nice warm-up for a couple of months in Canmore. Took the left line (WI4). There was a bail thread low on the pitch. Conditions were good but windy. Lots of weird wind-blown features on the start and kind of thinky for the grade.
