Very nice

photo! These falcons are quite common in Denmark, they are called "Tårnfalk" (tower Falcon) here, because they like to nest in church towers

The bird has the same name in German, though I think it's because they can stand in one spot, towering above their prey. But anyway, this one is the western Canaries subspecies, though I wouldn't be able to tell the difference. And they say, there's another one for the eastern Canaries...
