Fall in NM

Fourth of July canyon and Canyon de la Gallina is a New Mexico classic. The dominance of bigtooth maple and Gambel oak in these drainages creates brilliant fall colors. The colors reach peak on late September, and I am afraid that I was a little late to capture it.
