Fan Lake

This little oxbow is about a quarter mile west of the west Alluvial Fan parking lot and represents what once was Fan Lake. Fan Lake was formed by debris that dammed Fall River after the 1982 Lawn Lake flood but the flow of the river has since been restored by the NPS.
