Feral Goat

Feral Goat

Feral Goat - Capra hircus (June 2007) These animals are found in many rocky areas of the British isles and were originally from escapes that occurred during the land clearances in the early 1800s. They are a mixture of various breeds of wild and domestic goats and are often culled to control their numbers. They have a long shaggy coat that varies in colour from white to brown, grey or black.
