Final approach to Emory

After reaching the ridge, there's a one-mile trail to the west that leads up Emory Peak. About half-way up, you get these views of the summit block (and radio tower). The route finishes off with a nice little scramble up the block, more or less in the shadows in the center of this picture. January 2010.
