At the end of the "bikable" road at 3900 ft SSE of the summit. The talus spine looks daunting but it is the better way to continue to the summit. I came down that way after walking the miserably overgrowing (and wet) final road around the west side. The talus isn't nearly as steep as it looks. The talus leads to trees where reasonable paths around and under them can be made to get to the true summit, which is nothing to write a caption about. Nov. 2018.
