First Gate

This gate is about 13.2 miles north on Kolob Terrace Road. Just north (left from this view) of it is a parking area. Hike through the gate and then along the dirt road for about a quarter-mile before breaking off to bushwhack to where the brushy ridge of Spendlove Knoll changes to the open slickrock of Cave Knoll's north ridge.
