Thanks for a very informative description of a rarely-traveled route. I've had my eye on this peak ever since viewing it while climbing El Diente, and your text and photos are going to be awesomely helpful.
My wife and I climbed Dolores Peak today via this suggested route. Straight-forward and beautiful climb. Quite a bit of talus, but that's the deal around here. Recommended!
