Silene urulensisCalled Polar Campion in English. This is the purple flower. Grows in dry places and flowers late summer (late July-early August)on Svalbard.The other leaves in focus are Dryas octopetala (Mountain Avens) also common in dry places.
Lolli- Eriophorum scheuchzeri does indeed grow in wet places but looks quite different- like a cotton wool ball on a green stem.
Very nice picture Simon, well done, better than any I took that day.
