The official name for the dark red (rounded) landform on the left is
Cibola Mitten.
In this photo, you can see how Cibola Mitten contrasts with the pink & buff-colored cliffs of cross-bedded Permian Coconino sandstone and Kiabab limestone in the background.
This is looking NE from the point where the Jordan Trail connects to the Soldier Pass Trail. The Brins Mesa Trail is found in the next canyon over, called Mormon Canyon.
