I was just looking at your bird. If I figure out what I want to say about it I'll let you know.

Well, the look in his eyes. He looks like a lion who has just made a kill and daring anyone getting one step close to her/his kill.

Marc, I think you just put it perfectly. I've always gotten that kind of sense from this picture, and I got that sense in the bird's presence, too. I love watching and listening to ospreys.
