From Muir looking West

on the right middle part of this pic one can see an attempt to put some rocks on top of each other to create a cairn. Unsuccessful since I only saw it going down. Following with the eyes on the right side of this pic, to the first bunch of dark/brown rocks, one can barely guess the trail that goes to Whitney.
