cog railwayNice photo from a somewhat unusual spot. Is that the smoke from the Cog I see rising from the saddle between Washington and Clay? What time of year was this taken?

Nice photo except for...ugh! The road! The building! The train! Too bad that stuff messes up the view, eh? (Four stars anyway.)
