From the top of the 2nd Ridge

Looking from the top of the second ridge. From here make your way along the ridge seen in the bottom right to the base of the peak. From the base of the peak it is approximately 1500 feet up. 6/10/2006

Brings back many memories...

This looks like the northwest face of the peak.In 1990, I did a solo climb of Moriah from the opposite or southeast side - a route called Hendrys Creek. It took me all day to reach the summit, and return to the trailhead. The elevation gain is 1,843 METERS from the southeast. Isn't THE TABLE awesome?
Don't remember seeing many deer, but saw a golden eagle. Was searching for lunch. WOW!!!

Re: Brings back many memories...

Hey thanks very much for all of your very nice comments to my pictures, it is really appreciated. The table is very cool and I would love to visit this peak in the winter. The northwest ridge is a MUCH easier way up :-)
