Opting to avoid the masses on a more serious mountain, we went to Union Peak in the northern Winds, and was glad we did! Although we were able to drive up most of the way in a jeep, there were much less people and a longer totality. I really thought about going to Gannett though. Looks like it wasn't too bad though!
