who likes marmots more. I'm going to have to check out the Canine Companions album. I was contemplating a move to Minden, Nevada ... each time I see all the snow in your photos, it kind of scares me SOUTHWARD back towards Arizona!!!

HA!!! yeah I LOVE Marmots. Yes Tahoe can get a lot of snow some years..but the last few years it has been very little snow. Minden/Gardnerville areas are very nice too!
