As our Cessina passed the Wickersham wall of Mount McKinley, the magnificent glaciers and neighboring peaks, with Mount Foraker in the background, created a panorama never to be forgotten. We can see the summit of Mount Foraker (17,400') in the distance, with Kahiltna galacier and pass, leading to the SW side of Mount McKinley, in the foreground.
