Rock Face

It's pretty amazing how it is just a flat wall of solid rock! It is so different then from what I am used to "climbing" on, where the rock falls apart under your feet...Great photo!

Thanks Wiktoria...Red Rock (where this photo is) is such a great place to improve ones trad skills. Very dry, no water falls to deal with! Would love to show you and/or your mother a route or two if ever in Vegas....back in the Canadian Rockies for the summer climbing season, black bear, mountain goats, osprey, marmots, granite spires, glaciers, all in one day...where my heart is...paradise on earth...cheers

Oh I would love to so much!!! I don't know how my mom would deal with the heights though hehe...Wow, I'm jealous, I love Canada! That sounds like so much fun!! I am spending the rest of my summer playing tennis in 100 degrees F for 3 to 6 hours a day and working on summer assignments...
