Grand Turk - more scenic from its north side

Grand Turk is more scenic when viewed from Sultan Mountain. The easiest way up is from the saddle between Spencer and Grand Turk. It is only class 2 walk up.

Re: Turk Rocks ...

Stuff like milk chocolate contains cholesterol and saturated fat but also some antioxidants. Dark chocolate is better. It reduces high blood pressure.
Gotta go, my Chicken McNuggets are getting cold and I need another Big Gulp! ;))

Re: Turk Rocks ...

Hang on ... the discussion is NOT over ..

Are you saying that "dark chocolate" is better
than "white chocolate?"

I never discuss politics on an empty stomach.

Congrats, Liba!

Excellent shot - and it looks like a superb hike! Would be "right up my street"!
And afterwards, some tofu - best way to eat it, in my opinion, is with sliced tomatoes, salt, olive oil and fresh basilicum - just like an "insalata caprese"! The tofu makes an excellent substitute for the mozzarella!
Cheers, Liba,
Eric

Re: Congrats, Liba!

Thanks Eric, not really a great candidate for POTD - not many people were posting yesterday, more a luck. I still love cheese. I don't eat that healthy - haha.
