Love this area immensely
Have hiked and flown over it a few times, and plant to do so at least a few more. I initially neglected this range in favor of the more dramatic Sierra Crest, but have found it to have a beautiful character all its own.

Beautiful sub-rangeHiked and backpacked much of the southern part of the GWD in Sequoia NF.
